After several years on a third-party platform, we've rebuilt prgtexas.com from the ground up — this time on infrastructure we own and operate ourselves. If you've visited the old site, much of what you'll find here will feel familiar: the agents, the neighborhoods we serve, our portfolio of properties, and our brokerage values. What's different is what's underneath. The new site shares data directly with our internal Broker Command Center, which means the agent you see here is the same agent who's actively working with clients today — no syncing delays, no out-of-date profiles. When an agent joins PRG, they show up immediately. When their information changes, the site updates the same day. A few things to know: **Agent directory** — every active PRG agent is here, with direct contact info. Photos are uploaded by our staff as part of the onboarding process, so newer agents may show a brokerage placeholder until their headshot is on file. **Neighborhood guides** — we've started with deep guides for our most-requested Houston communities (The Heights, Memorial, Sugar Land, Katy, The Woodlands, Bellaire, Rice/Museum District, Pearland). More neighborhoods are being added on a rolling basis. **Lead capture** — every inquiry that comes through this site lands in our internal CRM and is routed to the right person. You'll typically hear back within a few hours during business hours. **What's next** — we're working on full MLS-powered listing search, so you'll soon be able to browse and save active listings across the greater Houston market directly from prgtexas.com.
